1. Product introduction
GCK Pro switch cabinet is adopted with cabinet frame structure and flexible assembly, which can realize standard manufacturing of various modules, so as to meet the requirements of rapid production and delivery of different users. The product is convenient for on-site operation, maintenance and function upgrading of the mechanism. The switch cabinet adopts xjg8 series mechanism, which can easily operate and smoothly advance the high current drawer; three positions are positioned, displayed and locked, and there is no electrical fault even if the drawer is misoperated, which can meet the self reset closing function of abnormal tripping of the switch. The main circuit (dynamic and static contact) adopts the laminated structure connector, the contact pressure increases with the increase of starting current, the contact has the characteristics of high voltage level, large current carrying capacity and low temperature rise, and the high reliability contact can meet the full working condition;

◆ the whole series of products are standardized with good interchangeability, and feeder circuits can be freely combined (mixed) into different functional units;
◆ the product has compact structure, small floor area, standard 25 module sheet metal structure, strong universality of expandable module,;
◆ the distribution circuit layout is reasonable, and each cabinet of feeder circuit can be configured with 36 circuits at most;
◆ the cabinet structure is made of reinforced structure with stiffeners, which is more than 30% stronger than similar products, and fully meets the requirements of anti-seismic and mechanical lifting test;
◆ it adopts xjg8 pushing mechanism, which can easily push and move out the drawer smoothly through z-handle. The three positions have mechanical positioning, display and "click" sound prompt function;
◆ the main circuit connector (dynamic and static contact) adopts the laminated structure, the contact pressure increases with the increase of starting current, and the contact has the characteristics of high voltage withstand level, large current carrying capacity and low temperature rise;
◆ the moving parts and operation unit of the cabinet are designed reasonably, with labor-saving operation, which can reach the maintenance free requirements to the greatest extent;
